The upper bust band has a lot of stretch. The waist does not. Asymmetrical hanky hem has more red lace rufffles and two more big satin ribbon roses. ALL the ribbon roses are pinned in with safety pin so be removed when laundering. From the 70s to the 80s. This is in mint condition. The Jill Andrea fabric label is crisp!
