Original 1920s 20s Vintage Flapper Brown Velvet Cloche Hat With Rosette DecorationThis fabulous hat was made from chestnut brown velvet in the 1920s. It comes in a classic deep cloche style with a darted section at the top, a wide straight banded section below and a small upturned brim at the front. A large pleated grosgrain double rosette with long trailing ribbons decorates the back right of the hat in classic flapper style. Size: 21 The hat is in very good condition, however there is some age related wear to the pile of the
