Original 1970s / 1980s Does 1930s Burgundy Velvet Dress With Puff SleevesThis lovely dress was made from a rich burgundy rayon velvet in the late 1970s early 1980s. It was cut to resemble a 1930s style with beautiful gathered puff sleeves and a longer length skirt. A deep plunging V neckline marks the beginning of a line of four faceted buttons. Below the buttons is a short plastic zipper for easier access. Pleats at the waistline give a little volume and movement to the skirt. Interestingly, we think we may have
